DJ Thief - Australia's leading Hard Dance DJ

Back to the Studio / Bring on the new sound! - DJ Thief takes his work back to the UNDERGROUND!

Thief slams the latest Es2 track at Trigger Happy - 'Grove with it' The 1st tune produced by the new keyboard duo, and it literally hit the dance floor running, jumping and totally rocking 'Rocker fellers' in Brisbane's Valley night club district - (Feb 5 - O5)

DJ Thief teams up with the legendary - Berzerker

The Berzerker

Ready to produce the hottest Australian Hard dance Musik - In the mid 1990's, The Berzerker hit major record labels all over the world with his insane tunes resulting with a string of releases on the well-known ID & T record label.

Around the same time Berzerker was also booked regularly interstate by DJ Thief to play totally live from keyboards at Brisbane's System6 parties. The Berzerker stomped such awesome Hardcore out to the Syst'O Massive that his live act became synonymous with System 6 and his partnership with DJ Thief grew stronger, later becoming the musical link that would form the bond between them amounting in an unstoppable duo.

Berzerker can be well accredited for taking the world by storm with his well re-noun track 'I want to fuck a spice girl' signed to Sony Australia plus he is also well known for his endless releases on 'ID & T' and not to mention his hilarious 'Simpson's tunes' that had loads of Homer samples right through crazy 180BPM beats.

Late in 1999 - The Berzerker had hit the big time, launching the nastiest crazy 'Gabber death metal band' known to mankind. The Berzerker had set off on tour with 3 other band members to terrify Europe, America, England and just about the whole world with their specialty 'Speed Core'

The Brisbane scene whilst into hardcore was however only in its early years of underground dance and whilst Bezerker took his band offshore DJ Thief was unknowest to him creating the beginnings of the Brisbane Underground with his club. System 6's popularity grew and the club expanded over the whole Arena complex by 1998, DJ Thief was quickly becoming one of Brisbane's most sought after DJ's. In 1999 Thief headed to the UK and Scotland doing guest appearances alongside leading internationals before bringing the future sound of dance music home to Brisbane. Since his return he has kept Brisbane in the forefront of underground music making Brisbane a landmark destination for the UK's biggest artists.

Since arriving home to OZ not so long ago, The Berzerker is now starving for totally new form of hard dance devastation and so teams up with DJ Thief to collaborate both their musical influences in the studio. The pair now known under the production label Es2 are well on the way to pumping out the finest hardcore, NRG and freeform tracks for the dancefloor with two tracks already down and set for release.

Keep your eyes open and your ears tunned as this hardcore dynamic duo prepare to take their live act as Es2 across the country. With the already overwhelming interest in the pair from some of the UK's biggest label Es2 are set to be the biggest homegrown export in dance music
